SN74HCT245N, Приемопередатчик, неинвертирующий, 3 состояния …The SN74HCT245N is an Octal Bus Transceiver with 3-state outputs. This octal bus transceiver is designed for asynchronous 2-way communication between data buses. The control-function implementation minimizes external timing requirements. The HCT245 device allows data transmission from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus depending upon the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) input can be used to disable the device so that the buses are effectively isolated.

• High-current 3-state outputs drive bus lines directly or up to 15 LSTTL loads
• Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
• Green product and no Sb/Br
