MAX809MEUR+TThe MAX809MEUR+T is a microprocessor reset circuit in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This supervisory circuit is used to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +5V, +3.3V, +3.V or +2.5V powered circuit. It asserts a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage declines below a preset threshold keeping it asserted for at least 140ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold. This device is used in computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (µP) and microcontroller (µC) power monitoring and battery powered equipment.

• Supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
• Push-pull reset (complimentary) output
• Reset threshold voltage is 4.38V, supply current is 12µA
• Fully specified over temperature
• Power supply transient immunity
• No external components are required
• Reset valid to VCC = +1V
