LP2950CZ-5.0GThe LP2950CZ-5.0G is a 5V fixed output micropower low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input-to-output voltage differential. This device feature a very low quiescent bias current of 75µA and are capable of supplying output currents in excess of 100mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protection is provided.

• Low input-to-output voltage differential of 50mV at 100A and 380mV at 100mA
• Extremely tight line and load regulation
• Requires only a 1µF output capacitor for stability
• Internal current and thermal limiting
