MAX983ESA+, Двухканальный компаратор напряжения с открытым …The MAX983ESA+ is an ultra low power, open drain, dual low voltage comparator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This single/dual supply micropower device is ideal for 3V or 5V single supply applications. The input voltage ranges from negative supply rail to within 1.3V of positive supply. It provides unique, simple method for adding hysteresis without feedback or complicated equations by using HYST pin and two resistors. The open drain outputs permit wire ORed configurations. The output voltage range of 11V makes the device ideal for level translators and bipolar to single ended converter. The MAX983 is used in battery powered systems, threshold detectors, window comparators and oscillator circuits.

• Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 11V and ±1.25V to ±5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Internal bandgap reference voltage of 1.217V
• Propagation delay of 12µs (10mV overdrive)
• Internal precision reference of 2%
• Internal programmable hysteresis
• Input offset voltage of ±10mV (VCM = 2.5V)
• Common mode rejection ratio of 0.1mV/V and power supply rejection ratio of 0.1mV/V in 5V operation
• Supply current of 3.1µA at TA = +25°C in 5V operation
